With the holiday season fast approaching, Panasonic has made creating that perfect meal with its latest range of small appliances even easier thanks to some sumptuous recipe ideas from Soren Lascelles, Head Chef at Assiette restaurant.
Soren's recipe ideas are now available on the Panasonic website at: http://blogs.panasonic.com.au/consumer/
Panasonic recently broadened its range of small appliance products to include four Rice Cookers, seven Microwaves and a Bread Maker - all with smart technologies aimed at helping Australians save time and money in the home.
Richard Tassone, General Manager, Marketing, Consumer Electronics Group, Panasonic Australia, said: "We are delighted to be offering our Australian customers an expanded range of small appliances with smart features to enhance their busy lifestyles.
"We are very fortunate to have been able to draw on the extensive experience of renowned chef Soren Lascelles, who has created some quick and simple recipes using the Panasonic Rice Cooker and Microwave," Richard Tassone added.
Soren Lascelles said: "I had great fun coming up with recipe ideas using the new range of Small Appliances from Panasonic. These smart products are easy to use and have features that make creating tasty meals even easier. These recipes are simple for anyone to make - give them a try!"
Panasonic's versatile new range of Rice Cookers can be used not only to make rice but to create curries, bake cakes, make soup and steam vegetables.
Using the SR-MS183WST Rice Cooker in Soup Mode, Soren has created a delicious Thai Red Chicken Curry with Purple Basil. The Panasonic Rice Cooker features innovative Fuzzy Logic technology to precisely adjust the temperature, so your rice and curry will be cooked to perfection. It also features a unique diamond fluoro coated pan for evenly cooked food and long lasting durability.
Following Soren's recipe and using the NN-CS596S 27L stainless steel Steam Combi Inverter Microwave oven on a medium-low power setting, you can cook a steamed whole Snapper with soy- ginger broth, shitake mushrooms and coriander.
Cooking the fish for less than 15 minutes, the Combi Steam function helps to maintain flavours and retain moisture, texture and nutrients, ensuring the fish remains appetising and healthy.
The innovative Flatbed Technology eliminates the need for a turntable and accommodates a range of dish sizes for even greater convenience.
Panasonic's SD-2501 Bread Maker with a nut and raisin dispenser is a durable and easy to use unit with a host of fantastic features, allowing users to enjoy a delicious loaf or even create their own fruit jam using the new Jam and Compote Mode.
The new range is available from leading home appliance retailers. For more information, please contact Panasonic on 132 600 or visit www.panasonic.com.au.
