You could say that Cullum Design is the original house staging company, set up by Antony and Vicky Roscoe over thirty years ago. A property would be renovated, and they found that furniture greatly improved presentation and a sale would then quickly follow. At first furniture from their own home was used. Then word got out and other people started to ask for their help, and the business began.

The business is now managed by Natalie, their daughter, who has a passion for property and interiors. She has taken the company into the contemporary style so that now classic and contemporary items are available. Cullum Design is one of the few staging companies that can work to a full range of briefs - from Country Houses to Contemporary Townhouses.

Cullum Design offers a 'show' service, working closely with developers to help achieve the best for their interiors. Staging a property greatly helps with photography and viewing, and once the property has exchanged the furniture is then removed.

It is also one of the few staging companies that offer's a 'live in' service to their clients, supplying everything from beds to bed linen to kitchen utensils - it truly is a bespoke turnkey service. Our relocation clients receive an excellent service that is achieved by discussing in detail their personal lifestyle, and designing the interiors to suit their individual needs - we don't offer packages - each project is so different.

Cullum Design works in London and the country and, with its own transport in place can work to tight deadlines. The company often deals with top-end properties and high profile clients and offers a bespoke service.
