Boiling water taps have just gone up a notch with the launch of Franke's new Minerva Electronic 4-in-1 model. Instant 100°C filtered boiling and filtered cold water are literally at your fingertips by pressing in the digital dial.

What's more the tap has pre-set programmes that will automatically dispense a 30 second stream of cold filtered water or 60 seconds of boiling water, providing up to two litres, which is perfect for filling pans, jugs, cafetières and water carafes. Alternatively, the intuitive design allows you to switch to manual mode where you simply turn and hold the dial to control the amount of water required for the task in hand. 

Safe and easy-to-use, you always know which mode the tap is in, as the dial lights up in red or blue to indicate whether it's ready to dispense cold filtered or filtered boiling water. In the standby, child-safe mode it glows white. The 4-in-1 design also gives you standard mains hot and cold water operated by a separate side lever.

The Minerva Electronic is available in a Chrome finish and features a classic swan-neck, giving you a high-performance tap in an elegant and timeless style that will suit any kitchen.

The tap is suitable for low pressure systems and is quick and easy to install. Replacement filters can be self-fit without the need for specialist tools. As with all Franke Minerva taps, the slim five litre water tank fits behind the plinth, saving you valuable cupboard space.
