Irish artist and weaver Brendan Joseph debuts at international trade show Top Drawer London: Craft, from September 11th – 13th, 2016. Brendan Joseph is launching their newest work At The Edge of the World at Top Drawer London this September.

Having risen to prominence at home in Ireland as a finalist in this year's AIB Irish Times Startup Academy, Irish artist Brendan Joseph designs woven textiles from the finest silk and linen. Each handmade piece is a story of a special place in Ireland woven from these precious threads.

This is the first visit for the Brendan Joseph studio to Top Drawer London, establishing their range of luxury scarves, shawls, neckties and bow ties at stand CR008 in the exciting Craft section, the newest addition to this London trade show.

At The Edge of the World is a series of three captivating stories of Irish waters, Horizonless, Silver Shore and The Duck drawn from the stunning sights of Dublin Bay, Belfast Lough and Herbert Park [an original Victorian ornamental duck pond from Dublin's 1907 World Fair] respectively.

These magnificent pieces are woven in silk and linen. Their weave structure imitates the natural dance of light on water, their colour changing as the day passes from morning into night. Everything is handmade in Ireland with great care and we take great pride in the stories we tell.
