The VeryFirstTo™ Luxforecast is an unprecedented forthcoming quarterly survey of the most eagerly anticipated luxury products and experiences launching in the UK. The highest scoring will receive VeryFirstTo™ Awards.
Appointed 'Connoisseurs' comprising of high profile personalities and influencers, will rate which forthcoming premium launches are exciting them most. The panel includes: Joan Burstein CBE (Co-founder of Browns); Gurinder Chadha OBE (Director and Producer); Professor Wendy Dagworthy (Royal College of Art's Head of Fashion); Nadav Kander (Photographer); Sir John Hegarty (Founder. Creative. BBH); Luke Johnson (Chairman of Royal Society of Arts); Bip Ling (Blogger; DJ and Model); Michael Ward (Managing Director of Harrods) and Giles Deacon (Fashion Designer) who comments on his role as Connoisseur "New initiatives that showcase design and creativity at their best are a positive. Having the opportunity to identify the crème de la crème of future launches will be very informative."
The authoritative VeryFirstTo™ Luxforecast will be published on a quarterly basis, whilst the VeryFirstTo™ Awards will highlight which are the most coveted of them all. Both will alert luxury enthusiasts of what are the most desirable forthcoming items and activities to look out for.
Brand expert Marcel Knobil, founder of VeryFirstTo™ Luxforecast and VeryFirstTo™ Awards (and the originator of Superbrands, and Cool BrandLeaders) says: "There is no survey that identifies the most enticing newly launching products and experiences, or an awards that salutes them. It's a powerful opportunity for brands to generate excitement for their product - especially in the current economic climate".
Knobil is also founder of VeryFirstTo.com (launching in November) which enables individuals to be the first to know about, and have, newly launching luxury products and experiences. A selection of items curated on VeryFirstTo will be inspired by the results of VeryFirstTo™ Luxforecast.
Companies are now invited to submit information on products and venues launching in 2013. Categories include: Fashion Accessories; Gifts; Home; Health & Beauty; Leisure; Tech & Gadgets; and Venues.
Entries should be submitted (at no cost) via www.VeryFirstTo.com/entries.php by November 16th (between two and four images, plus a short description, maximum 100 words). Enquiries should be emailed to launches@VeryFirstTo.com
VeryFirstTo™ Luxforecast results to be announced January 2013.
VeryFirstTo™ Luxforecast and VeryFirstTo™ Awards will be benefiting The Prince's Trust (whose Enterprise Scheme transforms the lives of many previously unemployed youngsters).
