The front elevation combines slimline steel frames, and geometric aluminium casement windows and doors finished in anthracite grey, complementing structural green steelwork and creating a bold visual impact.

Built into a sloping coastal site, the home includes marine-grade structural steelwork and glazing engineered for harsh marine environments. The tallest glazing element is at the rear elevation, where floor-to-ceiling glass spans two storeys, creating a naturally lit central atrium connecting indoor spaces to coastal views.

Ground-floor aluminium casement doors, 2.1 metres tall with sleek black handles, provide robust functionality alongside elegant design. The carefully detailed build combines the aesthetic symmetry of Art Deco design with practical solutions tailored specifically for coastal living.
