PINTAIL CANDLES – GLASS CANDLE COLLECTION 2024
Hand poured in the Lake District
Pintail Candles is a family-owned brand that hand pours every candle in the traditional way, with a team of artisan craftspeople in a Lake District workshop. Each candle is lovingly made, and the brand is fast gaining a reputation for developing the finest fragrances in stunning colours at accessible prices.
A stunning new Glass Candles Collection sees seven of Pintail Candles’ most popular fragrances framed in beautiful glass, allowing a flame to flicker behind a deep amber glaze. Every candle in the collection (£19.75 each) has an impressive burn time of 40 hours.
Choose from Honeysuckle, Nutmeg & Cedar, Fig & Wild Pear, Patchouli & Tibetan Musk, Log Fire, Bluebell Woodland and Fresh Linen.

Here’s a little more about each of the beautiful fragrances in the collection:
Fig & Wild Pear: Bathe in the sweet medley of sun-kissed fruit, with top notes of Izmir figs and wild pear evoking warm summers in Europe and the Mediterranean, while heart notes of mandarin, lychee and saffron round out the candle with a sweet Asiatic hint.
Honeysuckle: Encapsulating the sweet elegance of simple pleasures, this hand-poured perennial classic offers a gentle honeysuckle fragrance with floral base notes of calla and ylang ylang, with a warming touch of soft musk.
Nutmeg & Cedar: In the top notes and the heart, Cedar wood entwines with notes of freshly ground nutmeg and black pepper, evoking the intoxicating herb and spice stalls in vibrant souks. Base notes of earthy amber and saffron transport you to the sun's warmth gently balming you through the market's awnings, while fresh hints of lemony elemi oil provide a gentle lift.
Patchouli & Tibetan Musk: Rich patchouli blends with sultry ylang ylang and caraway, whisking you away to the exotic forests of southeast Asia, while tibetan musk grounds the scent with the bold mystery of the Himalayas.
Log Fire: Top notes of smokey incense and cedar wood, smoulder on a background of earthy moss and dark amber, transporting you to crackling winter fireplaces and carefree summer campfires. Hand poured in the Lake District, where there's plenty of both.
Bluebell Woodland: Green top notes mingle with clove, a touch of fruit, and delicate hyacinth to deliver the promise of spring, whilst bluebell, rose and ylang ylang bloom in the heart, evoking the magic and serenity of floral beds surrounding forest fairy nooks. Woody base notes round the candle out, conjuring the majesty and mystery of the ancient woodlands surrounding your new oasis.
Fresh Linen: Clean, fresh notes mingle with delicate violet and a soft milk aspect for a refreshing, soothing touch, whilst a relaxing, floral heart of rose, jasmine, peony and lavender wash away your cares. Finally, a base of amber, woods, soft musk and just a hint of sweet honey envelop you in a cosy, carefree warmth.
