Dowsing & Reynolds

Make a design statement while saving time and worktop space with the newly launched Monroe Hot Water Tap from interior fixtures and fittings specialist Dowsing & Reynolds.

Available in matt black, satin gold and luxe silver, the Monroe Hot Water Tap has been designed to complement the brand's existing range of stylish hardware. The cheeky message “it's getting hot in here” has been printed on the water tank to make what is usually a boring under-the-sink cupboard, that little bit more delightful. Priced affordably at £499.99, each creates a distinct look and is strikingly different to the usual chrome tap finish.

Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the Monroe 3-in-1 kitchen mixer hot water tap delivers instant, filtered hot water through its swan-neck swivel spout. To activate instant hot water, a safety button has to be pushed on the left knob at the same time as turning it. Standard hot and cold running water can be easily accessed via the mixer handle on the right.

The new Monroe tap is perfect for a wide range of domestic uses thanks to its adjustable temperature control (45°C-98°C). Its sleek design and compact water tank make it ideal for smaller kitchens where a kettle would normally take up valuable worktop space. The tap gives instant access to 2.4 litres of hot water which can be used for making hot drinks, steaming vegetables and cooking pasta or rice, as well as sanitisation and everyday cleaning.
