Handwoven Seagrass Baskets
Versatile baskets woven from seagrass, use them as storage or plant pots holders. Display them with the handles up, or folded down. Each basket is handmade by artisans in Vietnam.
Mai Handicrafts supports vulnerable families across Vietnam by helping artisans, who are mostly women, sell their handicrafts. Profits go back into the local communities providing education and training. They can be used turned up with handles or turned down for a shallower shape.

Dassie Artisan is a UK-based supplier sourcing beautiful homewares from talented artisans. Hanh Dung, one of Dassie's producers, works alongside her husband and sister in Vietnam. The traditional skill of hand-weaving was passed down to Hanh Dung from her mother. The family has used this talent to set up work in their hometown and provide a stable income.

Natural & Recycled Sari Laundry Baskets (available in two sizes)
This sturdy laundry basket is made by weaving recycled saris into holga fibre by the skilled artisans of Prokritee in Bangladesh. Each one is unique.
About the Producers:
Prokritee is a fair trade producer group in Bangladesh. It creates work opportunities for poor rural women. Prokritee uses renewable sources to make its products, such as recycled saris and handmade paper.

Recycled Paper Birdhouse Ball
This handmade birdhouse is crafted by fair trade producers in Bangladesh from recycled newspapers and magazines. It features a hanging loop and a varnished exterior to help keep its feathery residents cosy and dry.

This Bee & Bug House provides a perfect home for all kinds of beneficial insects such as solitary bees, ladybirds and lacewings.
This product is designed in particular to attract solitary bees, as many natural habitats becoming harder to find. These wonderful creatures are non-aggressive, non-swarming and do a fabulous job pollinating plants and flowers. Their larvae eat insect pests such as aphids.
This sturdy Bee & Bug house can be left outside all year round.
It's made from sustainably sourced timber and biodegradable bamboo tubes where insects can live, nest and let their larvae develop. It is well insulated against winter cold.

About the Producers:
Lillypuds Christmas pudding won the 2016 great taste award, due to its scrumptiously fruity flavours. Products are low sugar, dairy free, vegetarian and use Fairtrade ingredients.

Asha means 'hope' in Sanskrit.
