Vet's Kitchen has launched a unique Pet Points initiative, offering loyal customers direct online access to its Pet Talk service, where you can ask the Vet's Kitchen team of experts' advice about caring for your four-legged friend.
The online service is available to all Vet's Kitchen customers who have collected Pet Points, with only one required as a special introductory offer. Customers can then start an online chat through Pet Talk and get advice and guidance on non-emergency issues from a highly experienced veterinary team and nutritional advisor.
To start earning Pet Points, simply register your dog or cat at www.vetknowhow.co.uk. Once registered, you earn points by buying products for your pet directly from the Vet's Kitchen website.
Jenny Philp, managing director and practising vet at Vet's Kitchen, comments: “We put our veterinary knowledge and expertise in every product Vet's Kitchen makes, but we don't want to stop there in helping owners keep their pets healthy and happy. Whilst this will not replace the amazing service and care provided by your local veterinary practice, we want to share our vet know-how by providing a direct line through to one of our veterinary experts, at the touch of a button.
“Whether you are worried about your dog's diet or your cat's behaviour, no question is too big or too small. Simply use your Pet Points to send us your question and a member from the veterinary team will respond within one working day.”
The only pet food brand with an in-house vet's practice, Vet's Kitchen is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of the UK pet population through innovative products and services, developed with expert knowledge and insight.
Offering a range of high nutrition pet food, all of Vet's Kitchen's products are hypoallergenic and free from wheat, beef, dairy and soya, containing no artificial colours or flavours. Wherever possible, Vet's Kitchen combines locally-sourced, natural ingredients with the team's expertise and latest technological advances to create food designed to give our pets long and healthy lives.
