The world's slimmest timber window and door system is now available from the UK's leaders in architectural and residential glazing, IQ Glass.

IQ Glass are now the UK's sole installer for the Carminati Skyline system which offers lift and slide doors, windows and doors in an ultra-slim timber frame. Carminati was founded in 1894 as a small joiner's workshop and has become the leading designer of timer framed window and door systems in the world.

Available in Oak or Fir in a range of finishes, the Skyline timber lift and slide doors have a unique 37mm vertical frame, slimmest in the world, and are available in sizes up to 12m2 per sliding pane. They include a flush base detail with a patented cover over the sliding track. The skyline timber windows and doors mirror the slim timber frame for smaller openings.

With either double or triple glazing you can achieve extremely high levels of thermal insulation due to the timber framing, and the large sizes are perfect for modern home designs looking for large all glass elevation.
