The new range of gas cooktops from V-ZUG; due to be released in July, offers increased cooking capabilities, delivering the top quality, high functioning and irresistible elegance that V-ZUG consumers have come to expect. 

V-ZUG customers can now achieve precision cooking and the navigating benefits of an induction cooktop on a gas cooktop. 

Unique intelligent slider touch technology has been introduced into the range, allowing consumers to easily navigate between an array of cooking and safety functions with the touch of a finger.

Key features of the slider touch technology include:

Melt Function – Temperature of the cooktop remains between 40°C and 60°C; ideal for melting butter or chocolate.

Simmer Function - Temperature remains between 70°C and      94°C; no boiling over.

Keep Warm Function - Automatically keeps the temperature at a constant 65°C; ideal if guests arrive late.

Pause Button - Prevents boiling over when briefly interrupted while cooking; power is reduced to the same level of the keep warm function (65°C) for a maximum of ten minutes.

Cleaning and maintenance of V-ZUG's gas cooktops is effortless thanks to its dishwasher safe pan holders and black glass finish. The Wipe Protection Function; allows customers to wipe down the control panel at any time without having to adjust the power levels.
